20 pages of bullocks. the chances are none of us on here know for sure if pacquiao is on something, but what we do know is we can't find out if pacquiao if taking drugs if he's not going to be taking the certain tests that will prove his innocense, or prove him guilty. if i was pacquiao, i would be willing to take any tests to prove my innocense, but only if i was confident in passing the tests. i'm sure pacquiao feels the same way.
