    Historical background on this controversy.
    .....................
"Manny accepted what was on the table and Mayweather rejected it," Arum said. "Haymon and Schaefer tried to convince Floyd all [Tuesday night] and [Wednesday] and he wouldn't agree to it. He didn't want the fight. He never wanted the fight. I always knew the fight wouldn't happen."

"When the fight was offered, Manny accepted it with no hesitation," Pacquiao adviser Michael Koncz told ESPN.com from the Philippines, where he was with Pacquiao. "We're not surprised. We saw this coming once they started this drug bull----. It was a way for them to get out of the fight. I don't think Mayweather expected Manny to accept the challenge so quickly."
    ..............

The bolded and underlined part was in reference to what was agreed to at the mediation table then presented to Floyd for approval.

The damage Floyd's actions have casued to Manny is already done. If Manny beat Floyd believe me........Floyd wouldn't be saying he lost to Manny fair and square! And his legion of fans would all be on the same boat saying Manny beat the testing that were implelented for the fight. It's really a situation that Manny doesn't want Floyd to dictate to him what it would take for the fight to come off...and the way Floyd went about tarnishing his rep was irresponsible. So PAC already has some negative feelings about Floyd himself...outside the ring for those accusations. Anyone can have suspicion but to blatantly go out and make it seem as fact that Manny is doping b/c he's concerned about facing him is funny to me b/c that ain't the Floyd who has built his rep on being fully confident in his abilities and un-concerned for anyone he faces....obviously he's got some reservations about facing Manny.

You can't title the thread like that and then write to big blocks of text filled with pro Pac arguments - it's misleading.
You OP is like a response to the question that you only really asked yourself.

Anyone who refuses a 25 million dollar drug test is either a moron, or on drugs. There is no in between.

Even worse. He asked for 24, Floyd said 14, Pac declines.

Then Pac goes on to blood test at 20 for Clottey! :huh

    Correction.

Floyd countered the 30 with 14.
During mediation, Pac offered/countered the 14 with 24.
    .....................

I don't think Mayweather expected Manny to accept the challenge so quickly."
    ...................

... and there is no evidence that Floyds team countered the 24 or re-offer the 14 day during mediation. NONE.

Void, Sr. let the cat out of the bag.

Void is afraid, knew he could not beat Pac, so he made up all that crap. Void has never proven anything.

this guy has anger problems....Floyd ko pac 10 man...keep wishing..talk to me when u can TALK ABOUT BOXING AND NOT JUST 1 FIGHTER....:deal I DONT WATCH THE SPORT JUST FOR FLOYD LIKE U WATCH IT JUST FOR MANNY....U WANNA TALK BOXING THAN WE CAN BUT U WANNA REALLY THINK THAT THE BS U JUST SAID IS TRUE THAN U WAY OFF LIL HOMIE..

FOR STARTERS THE MONEY ITSELF WAS WORTH THE RISK MORE SO THAN MOSLEY IS...

FLOYD CAME BACK TO FIGHT MANNY...WHEN SHANE ORIGINALLY CALLED HIM OUT IT WAS CLEAR HIS PLAN WAS TO GO AFTER MANNY THE WHOLE TIME...

I BELIEVED FLOYD WANTED THE BLOOD TEST TO DO JUST WHAT IT SAID ...."VERIFY A LEVEL PLAYING FIELD" ...IF HE WAS BLUFFING THE WHOLE TIME THAN HE WOULD HAVE GAVE IN WHEN MANNY CALLED HIS BLUFF...

YOUR BOY AGREED TO THE TESTING AT FIRST...WHY IN THE FU34 WOULD PAC AND HIS TEAM AGREE TO THE TESTING IF HE WASN'T GONNA EVER TAKE THE TESTS....:think

FREDDIE ROACH IS QUOTED AS SAYING "GIVE ME A 5 DAY WINDOW OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT"...FLOYD OFFERED 14 DAYS WHICH WAS FAIR...

ITS DUMB****S LIKE YOURSELF THAT DONT REALLY KNOW MUCH ABOUT THE SPORT AND ARE ON HERE CUZ U THINK MANNY IS SOME SORT OF GOD AND U ALL CAUGHT UP IN THE HYPE THAT RUIN THESE BOARDS...BUT THAN AGAIN U MAKE IT INTERESTING...
