Except for Usyk, the heavyweight division has now completely turned over.

All the old guys--save the great Oleksandr Usyk--have now lost their spots, mostly with the young guys taking them.

Fury- Officially retired after losing to Usyk. May come back, or may not
Joshua- Lost his spot to Dubois
Parker- Lost his spot to Wardley, hopefully will get another chance
Whyte- Lost his spot a long time ago, but now thoroughly bumped by Ituama
Chisora- An odd case, but for the symmetry, we can associate him with Kayayel
Wilder- Finished by Parker, who has been displaced by Wardley
Ruiz- An exception who just faded away.

That generation has been vanquished. Hopefully, some of them have a few more fights in them, but this is now clearly the division or Wardley, Ituama, Kabeyal, Dubois, Hrgovic and hopefully, we can get Torrez in there too.

I like the idea but Fury and Joshua are still always there threatening the belts with 4 months of negotiations and a rematch clause.

Pulev only needs a Gasiev injury to stay in play as well.

Did you just really say Pulev has a chance?

    Charles Martin has serious competition.

Gassiev-Pulev is not appearing on Boxrec or the official WBC website. I will believe it is happening when I see it.

Let's be real though...Pulev is not part of the elite of the division. Really hasn't been since he was beating Tony Thompson, Ustinov and Dimentranko.
