Hi, it's the only muscle that ever really bothers me when fighting. Arms tend to be okay but I can't really think of a particular workout just aimed to help calf endurance, I can run long disctances don't think that helps. I've heard pac complain of his legs cramping on him as well, any suggestions?
I've good conditioning in my arms can throw a lot, thighs use to bother me a bit as well but i've taken care of that, but leg's still cramp up just hinders movment. I do a fair bit of skipping hasn't helped much I do feel it there during but it's not really improved
