For someone not at all interested in seeing these two fight again, I must admit as the fight draws near so does my level of excitement. I'm expecting fireworks. Additionally I find great interest in the Helenius-Kownacki rematch as well as the Sanchez-Ajagba fight. A good night of HW action
So you should be. It isn't every year we get two HW super fights within 2 weeks of each other. Wilder and Fury are so volatile that we could see a number of different outcomes, however, may the best fighter win.
The hype is slowly building up for me this week. I'm so excited, and I just can't hide it. I'm about to lose control and I think I like it. This content is protected
I am right there with you. I didn't want this fight to happen and gave zero cares about it until about a week ago. Now I'm on the edge of my seat and can hardly wait.
Yeah that usually happens to me on fight week as well. Theres nothing like watching a big heavyweight championship fight!
I see no point in a third fight based on what we saw in the first two. That said, I too am inexplicably excited to see what happens. Can Wilder really turn it around or is Fury going to finish his career?
Anything could happen. But I think Fury will win because he's shown me genuine emotion in the build up. It looks like he's taking it seriously.
I had zero interest initially but now I'm on it. Come fight night I'm gonna be on it even more. I'll be shelling out my 25 notes and staying up untill stupid o'clock in the morning and suffering for 3 days after, considering my age I really should know better - of which I do but I don't care, 'cos now with this fight build up and my dislike of Wilder....I'm bloody well on it! War Fury!, Sleep & retire the nut job..
Hate to say it but I'm not remotely interested.... second was such a demolition job and was the first close enough really? God forbid windmill somehow lands a punch that keeps fury on the deck n then we have fury Vs wilder 4 n 5 on the horizon
I must admit I think you're all getting sucked into the idea the Wilder MIGHT just KO Fury. It's physically possible sure but I've seen nothing to indicate that it's anything other than highly unlikely. I have however seen enough to indicate that Wilder is mentally a wreck. I suspect it will be apparent by the end of round 1 that Wilder is getting steam-rolled and we will all wonder what we were so excited about.
As are most fights, we all start to believe the hype and the build up then when it's over logic comes back and everyone wondered why they thought it would be close.
This is not a bright and exhilarating fight like Joshua v Usyk was. I noticed that people here talk little about it or talk about it reluctantly. Perhaps because there is too much resentment between the two boxers or simply because as someone said there was no need for this third fight Though..something dark is on this fight imo.
