Not really exciting once the one-sidedness started, around the 6th or 7th. More a monotonous drubbing of a fleeing Cotto. First five rounds were exciting, and those were hotly competitive. I remember giving Cotto 1 and 5, and he had his say in the rounds he was dropped in.
It was a brutal fight but it did look like Hagler was in control for most of the fight, if memory serves me well. Yes, the first 5 rounds is what I’m basing that fight on, the rounds onwards were mostly a one sided beating. Still, an exciting fight and a memorable performance from Pac.
Judah was doing great at the start until Cotto landed the low blow which changed the momentum IMO. But yeah, that was a great fight to watch.
