    Well reasonably.;)

Woods/Tarver, Dawson/Johnson & Hopkins/Calzaghe all signed. Throw Roy Jones into the mixer & we have some potentially exciting match ups to come. I'm by no means suggesting these are where the defining fights of 2008 will occur but at the very least we should see some intriguing match ups.:good

Don't forget Kessler....he's a massive Super Middle and could easily fight at Light Heavy

LHW is probably the worst division today. I can hardly call this senior citizens tour exciting (except Dawson of course)

The fighters certainly aren't young, I agree with you to that extent, but there is definitely still potential for exciting fights & none of them are embarassingly past it eg Holyfield.:good

It was more exciting when we had all the above mentioned names + Adamek and Briggs in the mix. Now it's Dawson, Calzaghe, and a bunch of old fogies.

There are a few decent fights to be made over the next year, but long-term it looks ****

Johnson, Hopkins, Tarver, Woods, Erdei and even Joe will be collecting their bus passes soon

Yeah long term the division looks weak but I really just meant in the short term we could see some good fights.:good

    It's a decent B minus level scrap.

Erdei is past it (just look at his last fight) whereas Green is still the same plodder we saw at 168, though he does have heart and a big punch.

I'd go along with that, although Erdei should have enough to beat Green more easily if he isn't completely shot

Woods will probably get robbed mind

I think better put there's interesting times ahead, or perhaps even better, intersting *results* coming up... I don't really see Tarver/Woods or Johnson/Dawson as being extrememly exciting, although I find the result of the fights interesting. I'm thinking Dawson, which maybe not but nearly allows Johnson to retire, and Woods are gonna get the job done (another loss should be enough for Tarver to either retire or look for one last pay day... either or, and its only 2 more fights! :happy ).

Hops-Calz will have hype and of course will have a very interesting result. Don't know if the fight itself will be that entertaining. I hope so.
