IM: What is your game plan against Molitor? CC: I just hope Steve does not run! Steve says hes good, and I respect all boxers out there, I just hope Steve demonstrates in the ring that he is a great champion by standing and fighting with me. Just because Steve will be in his country I hope he will not run like Ive seen him do in his past fights. I want him to stand and fight me, and demonstrate that he is a great champion! IM: Hi Celestino! Thanks for taking the time to check in with the FightFans. Congratulations on your most recent victory over Elvis Mejia, stopping him in the first round to secure your unification title fight against Steve The Canadian Kid Molitor! CC: Muchas gracias! IM: How has your training been so far? CC: My training is going excellent thanks to God. I am presently working with two southpaws IM: Youve beaten Daniel Ponce De Leon, Mauricio Pastrana and now you are about to take on IBF jr bantamweight champion Molitor in his home country of Canada. How do you feel about coming to Canada to fight Molitor? Any concerns? CC: Its an honour, since I like fighting out of my country, to represent my country of Panama internationally! IM: Are you looking past Molitor? Perhaps to Israel Vazquez, Rafael Marquez or Juan Manuel Lopez? CC: Ive already tried to negotiate fights with both Vazquez and Marquez, but we have never come to an agreement. I hope to beat Molitor so I can finally get either of those fights. IM: Even a fight against Juan Manuel Lopez would be great CC: Of course, if we can make that fight happen. I am willing to fight anywhere! IM: I also heard Jhonny Gonzalez call you out most recently. CC: Yes. If Gonzalez wants it, I am willing to fight anybody; this is my job, if its a Mexican fighter even better! I am willing to fight any mexican fighter anytime! IM: Now getting back to Molitor, youre 32 years old and Steve is 28. Does his age bring any concerns on your part? CC: Not at all. Remember I fought Ricardo Castillo who was also much younger than me. IM: Tell the FightFans where you got the nickname Pelenchin? CC: Well Pelenchin comes from a long time ago, my family gave me this name. It has to do with fighting. IM: How did you get into the great sport of boxing? Did you follow the great Roberto Manos de PiedraDuran? CC: Actually my family has always been into boxing, especially my uncle who was a very good boxer. Boxing is in my family! IM: Were all hoping for a great fight! Is there anything else you would like to say to all your fans, in Panama and around the world, who will be watching this great event? CC: I just want to say come November 21st you will see Celestino Pelenchin Caballero unify both titles! All of you Fightfans will see a great fight on my part! I am looking forward to seeing this fight but I am really worried about the integrity of Canadian officials
