    Yes he was winning but when Williams was starting to get going, that's when imo Cintron fake an injury with the back or the neck or the shoulder injuries bs. After seeing the interview, it shows me that Cintron is 100 percent fine and healthy.

    Has anyone determined that the rule was applied incorrectly? I've never heard of the 3 round rule.
