Matchroom is definitely looking to make moves. Hearn is starting to do some serious biz.

    Hopefully we'll see Thpecial K in a good fight, but I assume it'll be a tune-up...

Watson a good fighter brook is very good having shared a ring with both
I was a lot lighter only feather when sparred brook he was welter but u still no class I rate brook highly but think his move was stupid as I feel Warren best promoter in the country fact!

Alfonso Ginez would be a decent scrap though. Not quite as dangerous as Paup Snith but better than anyone else he has faced

True, but then he's not ready for Snith yet (my namesake) and I'd prefer him to jump in with Keiji Sato next :deal

Frankie - Warren might be the best in the country, but you can't deny that Brooks career has stagnated over the last 12 / 18 months. Hes gone backwards if anything. The move is best for everyone concerned i think.

I agree with this too. Warren is the best promoter in the county but i think mentally he has DeGale, Clev, Murray (now he has signed him), Burns all ahead of Brook in his pecking order so its wise for Brook to go with a younger promoter in Eddie Hearn that seems keen to make his mark in the game. :good

Would like to hear Warren's take on this. He surely could have got Brook one big international fight, either a title fight or at least in with a big top ten name, and Warren could have made a lot of money from that, even if Brook lost. So if Warren really thinks that Brook is less likely to have a big, long-term title run than some of his other fighters, why did he not at least try to get some cash off the back of Brook with one big event before the contract expired? As it is, he has let Brook just drift away, so even if he does now step up and get found out at world level, it will be a rival promoter making the money from it. I feel like there is something I am missing, here.

Does this mean Kell will leave the ingles and go back to train with Rhodes at Coldwells gym? The only reason he left Coldwell was because Warren made him go back to the Ingles.
