just got here long ass day im so tired goona eat and get some sleep

ok just drove like for 10 years to our training camp up in the mountains, i so tired i think amir is trying to get me tired before we spar..lol, its 4.06pm now, mcdonalds sells fry chicken and rice crazy, they sell their usual **** too but guest what i had

good morning ****ers just finish second training session, now eating some fruits i know you all wanting to know how sparring is going but amir is been nice he said he's gonna wait til im climatise first before he starts beating me up so we sparring on wednesday, but having a cool time .....

had enough of rice, rice for breakfast, lunch and dinner and if you dear have a snack rice too and if you greedy like me and like to have 6 meals yes 6 portions of rice

Amir and francesco just whoop me on the the run, but they are 7 years younger than me jon wasnt at the top waiting for me with chicken, you know if chicken was involved i would have tripped amir up to get there first, good run though really enjoyed it, i swear to god it was all hills from start to finish then i said something stupid, im like i enjoyed it, it was hard we could have done another mile amir is like definately, his fitness train is like is that so next time you're all running back to the hotel thats like another 3 miles of hills

im tired hard session time to shower and go eat some more you guest it right, yes ****ing rice

went bed at 9.30 woke up at 12 pissed been wondering the empty streets like a mad man for 3 hours, no wasn't looking for ladtboys but would have gladly welcome 1, i am so pissed well thats life........

sparring done im stil alive stil pretty as ever, but he is as fast as he looks if not faster i was trying to count how many he hits me with and 1 time he hits me 5 times but i only counted 3 he is that quick but i did ok freddie and amir is happy freddie said i had a good spar cant ask for more

went to bed just after 7 as i was tires im now wide awake, i slept a couple hours today so not gonna fight it im just gonna roll with it just gonna get my sleep in little 2 qnd 3 hour segments, have that jet lag, 10.34 ladyboy time

somebody slap me the **** up i find myself putting on an american accent when im speaking to my room mate who is the other sparring partner, cause we spend so much time together, just had punch myself straight in the mouth for doing it, it sounds gay as well, well we're off to dinner now guest i'll be speaking like a twat for a few hours not happy

just had a massage it was really good she massage everywhere even my eyes, but the 1 place i really wanted her to she didnt, gave her a tip going back monday, she may get the hint...wink wink..

just finish sparring with Amir he is looking really good, Manny was in the building it was so hot cause there was like a million people trying to get in, Manny ask me if i wanna play basketball for his team, typical im black so i must can play basketball..lol, wish i could though cause he would take me on his training camps with him as he takes the ****ers everywhere, but i hate basketball and i cant play it, why doesnt he play rugby the little mother ****er, im gonna have crash course on basketball tonight

just finished training im dead food and early night no ladyboys tonight
