Haha I remember the thread , but it’s a bit hard to believe any brit found that thread entertaining .
If ANY boxer gets ko'd then as a boxing fan i would never make an excuse, it is a clear cut decision. If a boxer gets ko'd then we would not be having to discuss how the judging was bad etc etc so that sounds good to me.
This is the great thing about never having been on the bandwagon of either Fury or Wilder. If either of them loses, I'm not left in that awkward scramble to either find excuses or give the other guy credit as the best heavyweight in the world. If he gets schooled, it confirms that Wilder is every bit the skill-devoid numskull I've always openly believed him to be (since he turned pro). If he gets KTFO, it confirms that Fury is every bit the one trick pony (whose only legitimately great opponent ever was a past-prime and psyched-out gun-shy Wlad K. and whose "slickness", while enough to dance around the bums in this division, by p4p standards is dime-store bargain-bin schlock. and lastly, whom I've pegged as being a KO waiting to happen since before the Cunningham fight, as soon as he's touched flush by a hard-hitting prime natural super heavy) that I've always openly believed him to be. Literally any result between these guys is a win-win for me. ...aside from a motherfucking draw.
Meh, banter is banter. Love it when people get triggered over silly things; it makes my day (as pathetic and sad as that sounds!)
Well he's not even 55% of what he was pre the 2.5 years of inactivity, heavy drink, drug, junk food abuse, drastic weight gain and loss, and the depression, mental breakdowns and attempted suicide. And besides, no one could ever equal the amount of excuses Bootleg D made after being the beneficiary of a gift draw in the first fight, a gift draw he's adamant he deserved to win but still felt the need to make a million excuses for lol. But we both know that no matter who DW beats he will never get credit. If he beats Fury and Joshua the narrative will be how both those guys were overrated in a weak era, Fury is past prime and post cocaine binge and no way he beats AJ pre Ruiz KO
I think Fury boxed out of his skin in the first fight . If i'm honest, and I don't like Wilder,But I don't think he goes the 12 next time around. Hope i'm wrong. No excuses.
