Idk, right now, i see a fighter with good power, phisical strenght and technically sound

However, not so athletic, slow feet, terrible punch ouput, stamina and a questionable chin.

Of course he can become a dominant champ but he has a long way to go. I don't know how can people say he is currenyly better than a prime oscar or prime cotto with a straight face

Nobody knows until after the fight has ended, but nobody can beat Void in Vegas, Void owns the judges, referee, he owns Vegas and they have to do what he wants, which is to win. Alvarez could knock him out, but if he does, Void's referee and judges will call it a slip and claim that Void was knocked out by hitting his head on the floor.

This! Just this! Reading the comments makes me realise the anti Mayweather crowd are not just opinionated boxing fans but on some other ish. Deep down they know he's just too fast and too good so IMO this illogical hate is a coping mechanism.

There seems to be a "Trouts my best friend" mentality to that fight, meaning if Canelo didn't land big then automatically, without any truth to it, Trout won the round. I don't think Trout landed anything in the entire fight, nothing that caused damage, which is the point of prize fighting. I'll give him a few jabs at best, maybe even a few weak hooks/straights, does that make you feel better now?

Trout was fighting scared, that does mean your **** is being pushed in, at least the tip. I agree that Canelo's output is poor, but that's exactly what it should be, hes not a volume fighter. Thats the reason Floyd needs to be worried, that one wrong movement and he gets caught will a big punch that Canelo has been saving up for 30 seconds.

The only way Canelo wins is if they rob Mayweather. That'll be Floyd's only excuse if it comes to that, but I really don't think it will. It's too big of a fight with too much exposure to be trying to pull off something like that.

    Mayweather UD Alvarez :D

Not if the rematch on Cinco De Mayo 2014 is even bigger!!!

    Canelo via controversial SD.

    Canelo will not be outclassed.

Look at the way his legs gave out , he was in serious trouble . His body language says it all .

What happened after the KD does not matter , none of that changes the fact that after Alvarez Landed that 1 punch , Trout was badly hurt and was vulnerable to getting knocked out .

    fair enough.

well i didnt see a guy fighting scared but a guy that had no chance because he doesnt have the power to ko.

and exactly how it should be, referring to canelos output bieng poor, is anything but the truth.

ggg, arguably one of the hardest punchers in the game, threw 492 punches in just six and a half rounds and landed 208 for a 42 percent clip against rosado.

That, for a champion with high accolades such as some give canelito, is "how it should be."

canelo is nothing special without anything that seperates himself form all the rest of the 154's.

feel free to bump this thread after he is made to look absolutely ordianry against vanes, lara, molina and especially rosado(gbp will not fight kirkland because he is the one guy that can ruin alvarez in one fight).

unlees he can add three inches to those short legs of his hell always have poor mobility and footwork.

"There is just no one that can beat Mayweather "

He can be beaten , he can be knocked out , he can be outpointed . NO MAN IS INVINCIBLE, NO MAN IS UNBEATABLE . Ever since Manny got knocked out cold . The praise for Mayweather is at an all time high . I just dont understand why everyone truly think this man is invincible .

In actual fact the best result of this fight would be a Canelo KO victory. No way will he win a decision in Vegas. A KO loss for Floyd would prove exactly what he's really made of. Could he come back like a real champion ATG would & do his best to get even?? Or would he self implode the way Hamed did when Barerra starched him?
One way would prove Floyd did have the balls of a real ATG to go along with his incredible talents. The other would show beyond doubt he was just an incredibly talented wannabee

how can you say that there is no way that canelo cant win a decision in vegas?

because i would have never thought before the trout fight that stanley chrisodoulou wouldve been able to be bought off by gbp because to my recollection he has never in the 30+ years of judging fights ever had an obviously corrupted scorecard as his 9-0(compete shutout) he had for canelo after eight rounds agasint alvarez.

I said he could be knocked out or down, I don't think anyone except maybe Ward could out box floyd and win on points alone. He is not invincible, just way better than Alvarez.
