    1. Soto has already been beaten by Guzman and pac beating him does not mean much.

    2. Pac just loves to fight guys coming from a loss. he fought eric coming off a loss thrice, mab, larios. So he clearly cherry picked soto, therfore, winning against him ain't worth nothing

    3. Soto is stepping up in weight. so pac beating him won't mean ****.

so please, make Pac-Valero or better yet Pac-campbell. please. pretty pretty please

So how much credit do you think pac should received for beating Soto? To mean it's a good fight for pac while the lightweight division sorts itself out.

its true that Guzman already beat Soto

and its also true that Soto is pretty small for a lightweight.

 according to boxrec Soto is actually set to fight Barrera can you believe that ****! I will pray to god that Barrera beats Soto and if it happens i will become a jew, a christian, and a muslim all at the same time GO BARRERA

this fight does not make sense for pac. if he wants a stay busy fight. fight valero. not soto. valero offers higher reward for lower risk. and you get to stain his pretty little record.

Pac just had a stay busy or tuneup fight. If he's gonna have another one then it should be in september, when all the other fighters in the division are also fighting, not in November, when it kind of ruins the timing for other more important bouts in the lightweight division.

Because damn Nevada Commission is taking so long to process Valero's medical finding. Heck Soto is low risk no reward. I prefer Valero against him anyday.

i'll be happy if pac blasts soto's ass into oblivion to shup up people claiming soto will be a difficult fight for pac

pac valero is still a better matchup for me too, but if they cannot make the fight soto would be okay

I would be impressed. I think Soto poses some stylistic problems for pac. Like I said, should be a good fight, whereas the pac diaz fight was total **** and didnt even watch. I will be looking forward to this fight.:deal

    4. Humberto Soto has 7 losses in his record and he hasn't won any major titles (from Bantamweight - Super Featherweight)

Well aside from the opinion at the end of each point, what you stated were facts, so I can see people bringing those points up. However, that still shouldnt take away from the fact that Soto is a good fighter and even though he isnt proven at lightweight, Manny just moved up himself and the fight being at lightweight shouldn't mean much.

Whats with Bob Arum? I hope this fight will not push through. I don't like this fight at all as a Pac victory means nothing.. Why would Pac fight a Guzman leftover?.. Bring in Valero please or someone.

it's all business for arum. that's why he made soto fight bobpac in the first place. he promotes both soto and pac afaik and that means he gets to keep a bigger peice of the pie compared with having valero

The question should be "If pac loses what will pacamaniacs use as an excuse?" I remember the **** load of excuses when he last lost :)
