Exercise advice needed

  1. Yeah definitely ease into it OP, remember your energy levels change after a little time. So stick to it, even if you don't see results immediately. They will come if you're trying.

    Don't be afraid to stop and have a breather if you're having a jog, it doesn't make sense to burn yourself out because if you think economically, that breather will help you work hard at the end of your run and get you better results.
