I have one that i use at home, its a great workout, i come off soaking wet after a 30 minute workout. It really does build up your legs. They tend to have different levels on them which is great, youll have an easy part then a hard part which is horrible, but you have to endure it. Very good for a pulse raiser, hence why VO2 max tests are performed on them.
anyone got any ideas for workouts on a bike, mine does not have a program, so i have to do it myself, been doing tabata on it and just long high tempo runs.
I have CycleOps Fluid 2 bike trainer and it has pretty good resistance. My Daily Routine {Five days a week}: Rapid sprints {Fast & Hard} for 15 minutes Slow & Steady for 15 minutes You can see mine on my racing bike in the Equiptment thread where I show some of the equiptment in my home boxing gym.
