Basically, if you guys have, i want to know your experiences with today instructional videos, i really don't know what to think of 99,9% of guys teaching boxing today and there's a whole lot who get attention that probably shouldn't. Coach Anthony, Precision Striking, Yankello, what kind of stuff did you guys bought and really endorse?
I know Yankello is as legit as they come at least, got his 9 punch series, heavy bag video, his fundamentals of boxing and the one where he goes into explanation of the cross guard, don't know what to make of ther guys tho
