Well, this is good news if I make my final predicition for Cotto. I thoroughly enjoyed out-classing some of the so-called experts on Pac/ODLH, B-Hop/Pavlik, Mosley/Cheato, and others.

A lot of the people quoted sure as hell aren't experts on picking fights just because they are in the business!

I think hes the same guy who made a controversial article about Pac around 2006 or 2007 saying Pac was ducking the rematch with Barrera and JMM.

all the experts were wrong about Pac DLH and unsure about Pac Hatton so now when they have a fight which in my mind is even money or should be at best for Pac, they go and pick Pac.

as a big time Pac fan I would love to be laying a mountain of money on Pac and loudly declaring he will win, but instead I will probably just watch and hope he finds a way to win.

He can do it but I can see him getting knocked out too. at this point I cannot take Pac with confidence. He simply hasn't been hit flush over 130 and no way can pac have a war with cotto a la marquez or morales no way not with cotto

pac has to be first and last and just beating cotto to the punch all night long

he can do it but its crazy to bet him when he is a big favorite right now

As you see, many notable names in there...these are guys who know boxing a lot more than any of us on ESB do. How can they all be wrong? Every last one of them picked Pac. I myself think Pacquiao is the one who hads the odds stacked against him, and I'm waiting until 24-7 to make a definitive pick, but if someone put a gun to my head, I'd have to go with Cotto, based on the size and strength difference, and on how Cotto handled himself against guys who I think Pacquiao wouldn't have much of a chance with based on their size. But there are 26 guys on that list and they ALL picked Pacquiao. If 26 guys on ESB voted, I'd be willing to bet that at least 17 or so would pick Cotto.

The point I'm trying to make is that the guys on the list know the ins and outs of boxing a lot more than most us of do...is it possible to have a group like that who all turn out to be wrong?

I'm sure there are experts who pick Cotto but I noticed that more or less the trend is 2 to 1... For every 2 that picked PAC, there's 1 who picked Cotto...

It's the same trend in my "Boxing Personalities Pick..." thread... It's the same trend in the betting odds... PAC is 2 to 1 favorite to defeat Cotto...
