Explain Fitzsimmons vs Jeffries 2 to me

    Fitz was fighting at heavyweight at that time for a while even thought he'd likely be a light heavyweight today weight wise .. Fitz was also a very sharp , murderously hard punching man, far more experienced than Jeffries .. the fight showed Jeffries even while champ was pretty much a novice experience wise , was hittable and was not an out of the gate fast starting destroyer however it showed he was very tough, hard a terrific chin , stamina and heart ..

    Pouring plaster into gloves after taking padding out and letting it harden on your hands (the only possible method for Fitz) isn't the same as adding plaster to the glove, letting it harden, and then wrapping your hands with extra padding. The latter would be impossible for Fitz as in those days they put their gloves on in the ring, in full view of officials. Even then, using unproven accusations as evidence isn't proof that either would work,
