What or which great fighters have Money Mayweather dodged ? And please save the Mosely , Cotto , Pacman and Williams bull. Is it that De La Hoya,Hatton,Corrales,Burton,Corley,Gatti,Castillo,Judah and the soon to be dealt with Marquez aren't great or could it be that you are just hating for no other reason but for the name sake of hating ?

A potential fan might get his interest piqued by one of Floyd Jr.'s outrageous statements, which range from racist claims to wealth flaunting, and decide to see what the fuss is about and watch one of his fights.

Considering Floyd's technical stance a consumer new to the sport might be turned off from watching boxing ever again, but if he sees an exciting undercard or possibly if he digs deeper and takes the cue from any boxing source, be it the play-by-play commentary, a boxing article, or word of mouth that so-and-so fighter's an exciting guy and worth watching then he might give it a chance and before you know it the guy's hooked to boxing.

But yeah, that initial step reaching out to the general public is most important. In that regard, Floyd does his share for boxing.

With regards to his capabilities, that's entirely a different topic, and he's certainly one of the best in this generation.

There has to be a villain and in boxing, PBF fits the shoe.

Pac - PBF is like the armageddon in boxing.
