Pacquiao didn't agree to a drug test with 14 day cut off date.
Pacquiao agrees to it AFTER Mayweather said it has to be with no cut off date.

Pacquiao asking for 50/50 even though Mayweather only fights for money and brings in much more PPV sales than Pacquiao.

Pac: ok for the sake of the fans i'll take the damn test
    Mayweather: Im going on vacation

where's the proof that pac agreed to ODST until the fight? there's no signed contract being shown..all of it is hearsay.
also, if that was the case, why did it take SO LONG for that fact surface? If pac really did agree to what floyd was asking for (odst up to the fight) and floyd still said no, don't you guys think arum/pac's camp would have been talking to the media the very next day to put floyd on blast?

Now you are lying like you always do. He agreed to 50/50 the FIRST negotiations. Just like he agreed to 14 days the FIRST time.

*******s are an amazing bunch. :thumbsup

Honestly I think its time to just shut up with it, Floyd has clearly avoided the fight, clearly avoided talking to the public about whats going on its obvious that he has no plans on fighting Manny Pacquiao, he made that very clear from the start...
The moment an opportunity to back out of the fight surfaced Floyd jumped on it, he is using the testing as an excuse, Manny had recently come out and stated he agreed to the testing even as far as up to the day of the fight... Floyd didnt want the fight...

Now on to the sport.... Pac vs Margarito a fight between two guys who want to fight.....

  9. Pacquiao and Arum relentlessly persued a fight with Floyd and, according to all credible sources, agreed to Floyd's demands. Is this the behavior of a ducker?

How about denying the negotiations ever even took place? Is that the behavior of a ducker? :think

Roach said that Top Rank had been calling him for advice on what gloves to wear, what ring size to use, what weight to fight at -- standard details during a negotiation process.
"When people are calling me and asking me, 'Is this OK? Is this OK? Is this OK?' There's something going on," Roach said. "I know there must have been negotiations going on.

Manny, as Marvin Hagler once did, has reached the point where he doesn't care anymore.
