    I think the main reason Spence isn't hyped as much as he deserves is his childish looking face. He just doesn't look like a champion. Ask Luke Campbell. Wait don't ask him.

    Brook another guy who got dogged for his defense (mostly because of the first Carson Jones encounter) but who is actually pretty sound in that department.

    Exactly. All we can say is that his defense has been adequate so far, outside a few isolated moments (really, you'd think Lartey put him on Queer Street or something by the way some of these stooges hoot & holler about it :roll:) and he so far, irrespective of level of competition, looks the part of having pretty slick front-foot catch-and-shoot and eluding skills.
