There's a video, and I don't recall the exact time out from the fight, where he stepped on the scale wearing a t shirt, boxing shorts and running shoes, weighing 156.xx.

The video is also foreign but it's on YouTube.

Mass is just matter that's weighed down by gravity. 1 pound of fat mass weighs the same as 1 pound of muscle mass.

Not optimal, I agree, but he's still a welterweight.

Would he be better suited at 135? I doubt it, I think he'd be great at 140.

Sergio and Golovkin have both said that a fight w/ Floyd is possible, but not Pacquiao because Pacquiao is too small. Idiotic *****s will have you believe that Pacquiao is the same size as Floyd, despite Floyd saying that Pacquiao was surprised by how much bigger he was.

mass and weight are not the same thing.

mass is how much MATTER an object carries.

weight is how much that matter is affected by gravity.

fat has more mass than muscle. this is why a guy who is 170 pounds of fat will look a lot bigger than a man who is 170 punds of muscle.

this is 3rd grade **** here bro.

Muscle is denser than fat of course. But 1 pound of muscle weighs the same as 1 pound of fat.

Muscle doesn't weigh more than fat which is what your original point was.

muscle weighs more than fat when the MASS is EQUAL.

you said training doesnt affect weight. That is your genius post.

Compared to eating it has relatively little affect on a person's bodyweight. Fact.

no its not a fact, actually. it depends what kind of body you have.

some are susceptible to gaining muscle and not gaining fat.

some are susceptible to gaining fat and not muscle.

    some can't do either.

if you don't know what you are talking about just admit it and don't try and write around it.

Alex the only reason Pac went to ww in first place was because of the money

Pac should of really never gone above 140 but because of his talent and punching power it allowed him to dominate at 147

You do realize that every fitness trainer in the world knows that diet is more important to losing weight than training is right?

Eating food is way more important to gaining weight than training is. Any personal trainer will tell you that.

Well I didn't say he went there because he's too big, he obviously isn't. I believe he's grown into it and 135 might be a little far for him at this point.
