Explain to me why Floyd Mayweather is such a drama queen?

Regarding his recent comments, I can understand why Vitali will never fight his brother Wlad. Or why Calzaghe would not give the then Carl 'Who?' Froch a fight.

But to make so many excuses in not fighting a guy:

1: Whom he would beat handily in an 'easy fight'.
2: Is a 'has-been' and had been KTFO in his last fight by a guy he had previously dominated.
3: With no hindrance of drug testing parameters that supposedly caused earlier set-backs in negotiations.
4: Would generate as much money as any other fighter around, if not more.
5: Has the bargaining power to favour him financially over his opponent's, who really wants it to happen and open to negotiations.

(there may be more...add your own.)

And yet, all things considered, Floyd Mayweather Jr, Number 1 P4P boxer in the world, one of the most skillful of boxers of not only recent times but would stand proud in anyone's top ten of the greatest boxers of all time, doesn't want to fight Manny Pacquiao.

Is he scared? Is he is *****? A drama queen? A conniving manipulator of the boxing public to continually generate interest to then maximize the financial reward when he finally announces he will indeed fight Pacquiao?

Or is he really just a coward who cares so much about his unbeaten record and his health (which 'comes first' to him) he is unwilling to test himself for possibly his highest financial reward and his highest general public recognition, that he would rather retire than fight one particular man?

After all the talk and shenanigans, doesn't he want to prove to himself, if nobody else, that he was right all along and that Manny Pacquaio wasn't worthy to face him in the ring? What an emphatic statement it would be.

And yet, you continually tell us that Pacquiao will never get a fight with you. Do it long enough, people will really believe it to be true. And if so, I guess you aren't bothered by fans who might forever consider it as one of the greatest Boxing ***** Moves of All Times, which would be kinda sad.

Floyd Mayweather Jr, retired. Undefeated. Expert proponent of the Philly Shell and P4P Champion of the BBMOAT.

    1st, he doesn't make everyone's top 10, mine included.

2nd, a more pertinant question for me is, how do his fanboys see his litany of poxy excuses as valid argument? by slavishly repeating any old (often contradictory) drivel that spills from his mouth, they make both him and themselves look terrible.

Dude Pac is old news! This is what i dont get, are people really that intrested in still seeing the fight. That ship has sailed and anit coming back. People still talking about this fight is like an ex that you cant get rid of...GET OVER IT!!

and lets be honest. If Mayweather was to fight him and beat him next spring, people will say he waited to see him lose a step or JMM took his life with the KO in 6. so screw it already!! Fight a prime JMW thats the biggst fight in a long time while Pac is fighting a cupcake in Rios thats never fought at 147.

Also Mayweather is doing what any boss in any company would do. Mayweather offered 50-50, even 10 mil for every pound over 147 and still turned it down for March 13 2010. so think about this. say your boss offered u a promoton and you turned it down. then a few later you want it, do you really think your gonna get the exact same deal??? NAHHH!!! Pac could;ve been a man and told his daddy Arum he wants the fight but he didnt

I'm ready for Sept 14, this sh it is getting old people

Also everybody in the world knows (expect for Mayweather haters or people with pac's balls in there mouth) That the fight wont happen with Arum!! So unless he leaves Top Rank it will never happen but somehow you blame Floyd for this!?!?!

Arum has one of the most purest boxers in the game in RIGO and doesnt give a damn about him!!! Willing to leave him on the shelf and is not fighting HBO for him, but somehow you think hes gonna let Pacquiao get countered all damn night and probably KO by Mayweather??? You guys are in lala land.

This is what im talking about. Its old news bro. i got a question. why should he be thinking about fighting Pac?? Whats that gonna prove?? Not gonna prove nothing to me. Pac is off blance almost everytime he throws and cant handle counter punchers. it doesnt prove anything now. and like point 2 nobody is gonna give him credit and you wont either.

Canelo is a toughr fight in my eyes. Canelo wont get KO by Mayweather but Mayweather could KO Pac. Canelo's defense is better and in his prime and way bigger. Mayweather is taking the tougher fight, and you getting mad at that?

and this biggest Bit^& move of all time is a joke. If it doesnt happen i woul blame pacquiao for not taking a blood test in the steriod Era we live in today.

Answer this bro. if pac asked for a blood test and Mayweather said no you and the world would be killing him!!!! THAT'S A FACT!!! But somehow Pac gets a passed??? Why?? Gimme a break. and i blame Arum more but since Pac dosent stand up for himself then its his fault because hes the fighter

If Arum is the main reason the fight is not happening, why not in the beginning he (floyd) tell the boxing fans/media that he's not going to fight Pac because of Arum. Instead, he demanded osdt and then offered Pac $40M without ppv shares....Yeah, he's a drama queen.

umm everybody knows this unless your a dumb ass, which its starting to sound like your one. and he offered 40 mil after pac turned down 50-50 split in 2010. u cant turn down the best deal and expect to get the same one years later (still would've been his biggest payday)

truth is, you don't have a clue what i think or feel.

i do credit floyd with taking canelo, shame re the catchweight but i'd favour floyd by points regardless. not mad in the slightest.

like the majority of world boxing fans, i still wanna see floyd v pac, although concede it'd be less relevant than a few years back. i give him no credit for continuing to refuse the fight.

this is the problem with fanboys, whether *****s, *******s, whomever. heads stuck so far up their heroes' arseholes they can't recognize neutrality.

im a Pacquiao fan and a Mayweather fan (one of the few out there) and i dont want to see the fight anymore. im over it, to many great boxers out there to be thinking about this fight anymore. Im waiting to see if Mayweather can beat this prime monster in Canelo then maybe Garcia/Matthysse/Khan. so many intresting fights.

for Pac, destroy Rios (reason why he was picked) then hopefully fight somebody good before he retires. Hes very talented and want him to retire on a good note. him begging to fight Mayweather is just not a good look anymore. and taking 3 years to agree to Blood testing is really looking bad when he could've got 50 mil and chance to beat Mayweather, but turned it down.

responding to being labelled a "has-been" does not constitute begging. and you'd sooner see floyd v khan than pac? come on.

You said the fight not going to happen because of Arum. So, which is it ?

    Floyd's biggest payday too..What's your point ?
