He should rematch Kessler in Denmark. He should return the courtesy of defending his belt like Kessler did for him.

Furthermore there was so much controversy surrounding that first fight. In any other place than jOakland, Ward would have been DQ'ed. Ward needs to show the world that he can win fair and square ie without holding, holding and hitting and headbutting.

Add to that, that Kessler is WBC champion emeritus and probably soon WBA mando.

Furthermore Ward would easily receive a career High purse.

Finally it is worth noting that Wards best win is over kessler's leftovers.

It's not that he should do it now. It's that he should have done it already as part of the super six .

You can only say he gets an advantage if the fights are close and he is rewarded with the decision in his hometown. but every time he fights he dominates his opponents and wins clearly on points. If they were close fights and he was rewarded the decision i can understand that they make ward go to europte to rematch on even grounds. but he wins decisively every time.

Wasn't Kessler already a Ward leftover when he fought Froch? Wasn't Kessler recently knocked down against Allan Green?, a 2010 Ward leftover. Seriously, what has Kessler done other than face leftover material since his shameless escape out of the super six with a "life threatening" injury.

I am well aware that Ward-stans saw no headbutts, no holding and no holding and hitting. Nothing new there.

The only way traveling to Europe could be a realistic expatiation is if Andre Ward won a close decision that could've possibly been swayed by the hometown crowd. If Ward were to have won a Kessler-Froch type decision where location played a major role then I could see venturing into Europe as an option, but he didn't he wiped the floor with Abraham, Kessler, and Froch.

The only knock on Ward, the only ***** in his armor is the fact that he hasn't ventured into enemy territory. Typically, that's a logical argument when you have a Lucain Bute type situation where the referee is obviously protecting you from harm, but in Ward's situation that's not the case.

You always get the come to Europe argument from fans that don't want to acknowledge
the fact that Ward would've beaten these guys anywhere on the planet. When you have fighters that can even manage to win four or five rounds how can you blame it on the location...these guys couldn't even make the fight close enough for the fans to even use that as a legitimate argument, but some of them are doing it anyway.

Coming to Europe would be a "BIG MONEY FIGHT'......oh really...name me three BiG MONEY fights that happened in Europe because most of the PPV's I watch take place in Las Vegas.
