Hi guys, just joined a new gym and they have every item of fitness equipment you could possibly hope for. kettlebells, medicine balls, battlking ropes, big squat racks, barbells etc. free weights so i am hitting thr gym most days, mainly boxing workouts if you were going to do a few exercises a couple of times a week to improve your explosive power etc what exercises would you use and sets and reps? ideally the sort of workout you can complete in 15-20 mins or so the enbd goal to improve punching power i guess thanks
this is what ill do tommorow HANDS -plyometrics 4 sets of 3 different type 8-10 repetitions. LEGS -one leg jumps (other leg on chair) with medicine in hand 4 sets 5 repetitions for every lag. -jumps from crouch with knees to chests 4 sets 10 repetitions ABS -something we call sklopka, translation on english would be switch, we touch our feet when our bodies go up 4 sets 10 rep -same thing with claps below our legs 4 sets 10 rep -touching knees with elbows 4 sets 10 rep 1 round jumprope, 1 round shadowboxing, stretching and shower party :admin
