hi all, tomorrow is my explosive strength day and i just wanted some ideas. Iv been doing ross trainings stuff for a while and as great as it is i want some more variety. Iv always wanted to get into Olympic lifts but without anyone to show me im avoiding starting it as i know its very technique heavy and i dont want to do it if im not doing it properly. So im just wondering about some ideas on any explosive strength training, including advice on olympic lifting. An example of a typical session for me (pretty much ross trainings stuff) 2 dumbell split snatch 2 dumbell push press Complex pairs one armed bench press straight into clap push ups static wall squat to squat jumps some sort of finisher . I like the complex training some more ideas would be great. I also like the dumbbell moves Any advice as usual appreaciated!
