I'm not so sure that he will to be honest. I'm thinking he'll ride off into the sunset a rich man. Don't be surprised if he calls it a day.
Why does it always have to be extremes? Bum this / exposed that? Usyk is a 1st ballot HOF already, and he would school the rest of the top 10 heavyweights bar Fury IMO. For me Joshua actually can take a few positives away from the fight when the dust has settled:- 1) He didn't fold or quit, even though it clearly dawned on him round3/4 that Usyk was special and BETTER. But AJ bit down and managed to briefly stem the tide, and I was impressed that he didn't just collapse - I thought it was heading towards a Bellew like KO in mid rounds till AJ managed to actually let his hands go and bit, touch Usyk to the body a few times 2) His gastank was nowhere near as bad as I expected given the incredible pace and mental exhaustion Usyk brings - sure he was out on his feet in round 12, but I expected him to be blowing hard MUCH earlier. Whether AJ can turn it around and change his tactics ina rematch remains to be seen - Usyk will ALWAYS be a terrible stylistic match up for him; very very different to the Ruiz return.
Joshua was not exposed. He was just beaten by an ATG. He gave it his best shot but Usyk put on a master class tonite. Pure joy watching a truly great fighter firing on all cylinders.
