This is all a bit unfair on Jacobs. Jacobs had been brought along safely in America, whilst Pirog had come along on the tough European scene, had they're careers been swapped im sure the result would have been. Its not easy to break out in the tough Euro market, so only the strong get through, whilst in America there are better opportunities. Some fighters in Europe get brought along the safer way like Hatton and Khan but not many. Hopefully Jacobs can go to Europe to get some tough sparring and improve his game and come again, but for now its Pirogs time

I find it funny when boxing fans are quick to criticize a man's chin after taking a shot like that...you should be more amazed at the fact that a well schooled boxer can throw a punch which generates enough power and accuracy at the end of his fist to make another man's body have no choice but to give out on him.
