Yes, but only if Jim Lampley is a reliable source.

It's all b.s. still. In Nevada it is legal.

It's not legal in Nevada, man. Did you read this? :

    NSAC's Kizer: "
    This content is protected
within a week of a bout. If lidocaine is injected, the pain receptors in the boxer may not work and he may not know if he is hurt.”

Well, it is legal if Floyd uses it a week before. But Jim Lampley said he uses it just prior to a fight, which doesn't sound like a week to me.

    :patsch

It's illegal during the week of the fight. Meaning if he used it prior to the fight, he would of tested positive for it.

Both Pac and Floyd want Vegas btw.

IT'S ILLEGAL DURING THE LAST WEEK.

    Omg!!!!!

has he tested positive for it?

I'm surprised you use Lampley as you target for truth when you've probably dismissed Lampley comments in the past to support your argument.

If he took it before a fight, he would of tested positive.

You are going nowhere trying to compare a PED user to Floyd who takes Xylocaine during training.

And no, by PED user, I mean any PED user because I don't believe Pac is on anything.

If Floyd questions NSAC testing, then it's fair game to question the NSAC's methodology used in detecting lidocaine. It's possible he just has not been caught yet in the same way he is insinuating with Pac. Perhaps some forms of lidocaine (e.g. cream type) can be easily washed out of your system and not detectable in urine or blood.

I know, I know. All these things including Pac's steroids accusation are just crazy stuff. But Mayweather started it first so it's fair game to hold him to his own stunts.

It doesn't make sense anyway considering that he agreed to allow the NSAC do the testing.

Either way, you can't say Mayweather can't have it both ways when he backed of USADA and said NSAC can do it.

he wanted the USADA to do it.

He then agreed to let the NSAC do it.

    So, he can't win.

He thinks the NSAC is bad. According to you, despite just wanting blood and urine.

Considering that urine isn't good enough by itself.

Floyd should have bowed to the king and take Pac's wishes.

This way, Floyd will get all the credit for wanting this fight to happen.
