    BULL****!!!

Floyd did dominate Hatton and i give him credit for the performance and win which was NECESSARY but NOT THE BE ALL to defining his career:nono

Cotto and Williams, then Floyd and his choir can sing til their tonsels fall out:yep

Aint nothing changed, Floyd is again LEAVING RELEVANT NAMES AND OPPOSITION ON THE TABLE.

I think nearly everyone, myself included, forgot just how good Mayweather is.

Hatton fought about as well as he's capable of. It's just wasn't enough.

What, he doesn't have to chase after Spaddy as well in order to earn your respect?

I agree Hatton is not a bum....he is a wold level fighter....he has on a few trinkets......he is not elite (p4p top 10) though. He will handle most ppl with his limited style. But he wins 2/10 against any elite fighter, because simply there is a skill discrepancy.

He is though a top 10 p4p nice guy. Which really is the most important thing out there.

I would rather be limited like him and a top bloke, than amazing like Floyd and an arsehole.

Hatton's still a very good fighter, he's just not up on Floyd's level.

No one said Hatton was a bum.No one said Mayweather was the greatest of all time.Mayweather is an ATG.Whether you like his style or not is completely irrelavent.

    To quote your good self
..take a look at the last 11 pages or so..

Some people ARE calling Hatton a bum now.

And if that's not what you're saying, then I ask again - how was Hatton "exposed".

If you mean people thought he was very good, now after this fight he has been proven to be not quite as good as the best fighter on the planet.... don't you agree that "exposed" is a bit strong?

Not in the slightest. As iv already said he was exposed because he was never that good to begin with. His defense is VERY porous his ring generalship poor and the quality of his opposition is extremely suspect. He has a style that is very easy for the elite fighters at 47 to deal with.Weight is never a disparirty if you have the fundamentals and skills to back up our trade.RJJ PBF DLH Shane Cotto etc have all moved up in weight without the excess weight being detrimental to there style. They were able to move up primarily because of there styles.Hatton has a style which although crowd pleasing is simply not effective. If he gets put in with ANY of the elite fighters at 47 he gets beat and beat bad.Alot of the Hatton zealots here had him down as an ATG, some even went as far as to say he was a P4p great. He was clearly neither. Thus he was exposed.

Hatton was not exposed, Floyd was.

PBF was exposed as the P4P best fighter at the moment.

That would mean losing to the best at the moment does not mean you yourself are "exposed."

I agree with Drexl for probably the first time.

I think it has happened once or twice before.. :yep

As long as Vitali isn't involved, I think we'd agree on a lot of things. :D

I like the way you put it - PBF was exposed as the P4P best fighter at the moment. That's what I'm saying.

Scurla - who is the best fighter at 140 at the moment in your opinion, assuming Hatton moves back down?
