are there any Klitschko fans who don't have a racial agenda? be good to have a proper discussion without some sensitive white kid having a mental breakdown like this. push him over the edge and he might cut his wrists or go shoot up a school.
In answer to your question no. I have only been here a short time and I am staggered at the level of racist bull**** that Klit fans peddle. I think it is insecurity as Klit fan's expect everyone else (Americans and Brit's mainly) to bow to the Klit's. The reality is boxing fans from these countries generally know the history of the sport better and can therefore put the Klit's into better context than **** suckers who just started watching boxing 10 years ago.
There is a great dichotomy between the notion that Americans no longer dominate because boxing has become more international and Americans no longer dominate because young athletes that would have been boxers are diverted in to team sports that offer better incentives. I believe it's the latter; the reality is if we were to take away all the non-American fighters and look at the current batch of American fighters and compare them to the American champions and contenders of the past; how will they stack up? If we look at the HW division, how does Chris Arreola and Eddie Chambers compare to Evander Holyfield and Mike Tyson? Is there any American fighter that is active today that is as good as a prime Riddick Bowe? Larry Holmes? Joe Frazier? The answer is no. Until an American fighter emerges that shows the ability of Great American fighters from the past then it is clear to me that team sports has diverted some of America's greatest talents. There are no sports in Eastern Europe that offer the same kind of money as the NFL, MLB or NBA players make on average. In America boxing has in effect, taken a backseat to other sports. Case in point, Sergio Martinez fought on St. Patricks day against Matthew Macklin and virtually no bar was showing it in New York City. But March Madness (College Basketball) was in full effect.
Unfortunately, he made some very strong irrefutable points and you were unable to respond because you had nothing. Are you seriously comparing the wages of NFL players with that of professional fighters?
please list three NBA players who you think would succeed in boxing ... I assume HW scene only ... and show what attributes would guarantee such success.
