you only think he's going to be a lot tougher then expected because he's mexican.

And BTW where did Arum say Mayweather would never fight Cotto? And wheres that link of 440k+ PPV buys?

BTW, in regards to the actual article.

I don't think Mayweather is really interested in legacy. I think he's more interested than coasting through his career, much like Calzaghe, in the sense that he won't take a fight that will risk him going life and death in.

    ALTHOUGH......

I did think his fight against Oscar was a challenge, but it would have been much more difficult if Oscar was 3 years younger.

You could make the argument that Mayweather went after Hatton, but Hatton has never been known to break people's faces, and Mayweather had almost every advantage in that fight.

Height and Hatton's inability to throw the jab and reluctance to let his hands go in the inside are two major reasons.

Cotto poses a real threat, but yeah...............it's both of their faults that the fight isn't happening.

In the mean time, Mayweather should take an easy, easy, easy tune up with Margarito, who Floyd looked in the eyes and promised he would fight.

That won't happen either because it's not in Arum's plans. Margarito would have to beat Cintron and Cotto 1st and he won't beat Cotto..

Nah, I'm easily one of the most garbage posters on this site. All I do is distort evidence to support my own agenda.

    Not initially though.

And you know this, but you won't ever talk about that.

Only reason I changed my mind is because I felt like there was only so much disrespect a man can take.

    Either way, I don't give a damn.

    I'm not infallible, am I?

Yea you at first did pick Floyd, but it wasn't going to be easy. But then you completely changed and said Hatton would destroy Floyd.

So Cotto let's Arum decide every move for him. No ****. Cotto even says so himself. And Arum doesn't want to do business with PBF and vice versa. No ****. This way, Arum can keep Cotto's record unblemished AND call Mayweather a *****.

and keep all the money in his pockets by matching his fighters against each other. Why can't his fighters see this? Oscar and Floyd obviously left him for a reason.

Arum is being a *****. Putting Gomez in there. He REFUSED, absolutely REFUSED to put Cintron against Cotto unless Cintron vacated because he owed Clottey a mando, which was due LATER this year. But to top it off, he then goes and sets up Margo-Cintron, instead of Clottey-Cintron. I THOUGHT he wouldn't allow Cintron to fight unless he vacated or it was Clottey?!
