    Round 4

Vallejos is launching right hands over, very weak, and flashing a jab with no claws into Pilotti's face. Pilotti is tiring but still throwing with bad intentions, scoring well to the body. Vallejos is getting sloppier, still moving and throwing more but getting slowed down by the body shots. Pilotti is on his way to taking this round - AND HE GETS KNOCKED DOWN OUT OF NOWHERE!! Not really a concussive knockdown, sort of a sweeping hook that caught him high on the face while he was off balance, but it made him tumble back and use the ropes to support himself, so it's ruled a KD.

    10-8 Vallejos

Had he avoided that knockdown, with the momentum and having taken the fourth, Pilotti stood a chance of eking out a draw.

Now he probably needs a KO.

    Round 5

Vallejos is jabbing and circling left, trying to slip shots by simply turning his head. It doesn't work. Pilotti is landing lots of jabs, making Vallejos blink. Hard left hook to the body, and a jab to the face, RIGHT HAND! Pilotti is coming on very strong for a guy who got "decked" a few minutes ago. Pilotti tackles him into the ropes and Vallejos complains of a headbutt. Pilotti circles left with a hurried pace and scores a jab before Vallejos turns to meet it. Pilotti catches Vallejos slapping his way in to the body, and they tie up.

    10-9 Pilotti

    All good now.

There's another boxing card from a different venue being shown on http://wbcboxing.tv/index_On.php but it's all no-names. I'll hang around in Buenos Aires until Solo Boxeo starts. :yep

    Round 6

Vallejos swarms in on Pilotti and slaps at him with both hands. Pilotti is fighting back but unable to shove him off. Inexplicably the referee steps in to give a perfectly lucid Pilotti a standing eight count. Vallejos excitedly jumps back on him, maybe trying to force a Calzaghe-Manfredo stoppage. Very bizarre. Pilotti is very much still in the fight, digging hooks to the body and pushing into them with his full weight. Vallejos is landing more head shots, slapping away with both hands. Flush rights aren't bothering Pilotti, but he'd better cover up if he wants to avoid Vallejos being gifted a stoppage at his expense. Pilotti hits the body and backs up to the ropes. Vallejos runs in and tosses a wild long flurry to the body and head.

****, ANOTHER STANDING EIGHT! THE CROWD IS BOOING!!

Pilotti is allowed to "continue". Vallejos keeps slapping at him. Exhausted, Pilotti trips backward and falls under the bottom rope.

    Now THAT was a knockdown!

    Waved off immediately.

    TKO6!
