    One of the smartest boxing guys I’ve read of said Charles body was already affected by his condition just before he came up from 175lbs it starts at the legs which explains how he “flailed” as you say at times, Charles would absolutely beat Marciano if he had his legs and health IMO.

    I have the count at 94, and I've seen it elsewhere at 96.

    Crazy,

    Anyway, yeah, Charles is PfP right up there with Robinson and Armstrong.

    His biography said it was about a year after the second Marciano fight when his foot stopped working for him, but I don't know.
