Charles fought Archie Moore four times, Walcott four times. Could Calzaghe fight them more than once each? I think not.

I have a lot of time for jc, even giving him the benefit of the doubt about some fighters he did not fight. However, Ezzard Charles is a bit of a stretch. Jc has no chance of hurting the Cobra, at all. He hits harder than most of the best fighters jc ever fought and he could box.

 

So Calzaghe gets his ass handed to him by David Starie (I scored that one 10 rounds to 2 in favour of Starie), Mikkel Kessler (another fight I scored against Calzaghe by a wide margin) and Hopkins (another fight I scored against Calzaghe - narrower but still a stick on) and also gets a glimpse of how easily a prime time Jones would have dealt with him (went he got dumped on his ass and hurt in the first round!! haha).....yet he goes on to BUTCHER Ezzard Charles - give me a break - people need to get back to reality - there's too many people becoming fight fans these days who know jack $h1t about it - Calzaghe is one of the most over rated fighters in history - doesn't even belong in the same sentence as Ezzard Charles end of

I don't see how Charles would have too much difficulty landing on the point of the chin of Calzaghe

 

Charles straighter punches, better defense, similar speed and better timing, see him take it.
