    He wasn't the dynamic swarmer that tore Willard a new face, was he?

    And Charles had very, very sneaky power. Tunney may have had a great chin, but when you have a guy who can hit as hard as Charles and can make his punches so sneaky, he is a very dangerous H2H equation, for anyone.

    I still think Tunney would outpoint him, just adding some debate. If any LHW KO's Tunney its Charles.

    He wasn't going to look that dynamic against Tunney though was he?

    I agree with all your points against Charles, except I think that Foster, who I think with his length and jab matches up very well with Tunney, could do it too.

    I'd just love to see the mid-range battle; Tunney trying to feint in his sharp right hand, Charles throwing his one-twos and trying to get the left hook off. Great stuff.
