It doesn't have to be fair. Just has to be entertaining. That's what pro boxing is about, people paying to be entertained by legalized violence, assault, mutual combat.
And when you really think about it...the fact that pro combat sports are just an extension of the Roman Colosseum, meaning we as a society haven evolved as much as we like to think we did, is alot more concerning than the fact that the Gladiators now take substances to enhance their chances of winning.
That's just a side note imo.

And really for a forum matchups the question if it's fair is even less important since it's a fantasy fight. Atleast in reality somebody could get more hurt thantnecessary if he gets beat on by a PED enhanced fighter, but this is just a harmless intellectual exercise and the fact that i, for example, still think Charles beats him is only a compliment to charles

At Heavyweight Charles went toe to toe with Rocky.
At heavyweight i think Toney did great but he also fought alot of sluggers/plodders Peter,Hasim, Ruiz etc .
I think the difference here is Charles can box and move an entire bout AND rumble on the inside if need be.
I think Toney could give him a run for his money but see Charles pulling away.
I think Walcott and Toney both had that counter right but Walcott usually used lateral movement to set it up where Toney did not.
