I rank Max Baer slightly higher on my all time Heavyweight list. Head to head, because of styles, I think Ezzard Charles would win a decision over Max Baer most times.
If its 10 or 12 I'd favor Max. 15 probably favor Ezzard. If Max gets knockdowns winning a 10 or 12 rounder will be hard for Ezzard even if he outboxes Max by a healthy margin.
