A one sided affair. Charles made an older Louis look slow engaging him toe to toe at times and beating Louis to the punch. Louis was stunned a few times, but never in danger of going down. Afterwards Louis face was a mess. In other fights with vs. good boxers with speed, Louis power bailed him out ( Conn, and Walcott ). For whatever reason, Louis lost his power in the late stages of his career, so he was pretty much a punching bag in this fight. I never scored it, but based on what I saw Louis won no more than 4 rounds. You could say 13-2.
