Destroyed a game Proksa. Was sad to see it, Proksa did everything he possibly could, but simply came up short. There are fighters that I am a fan of, and there are fighters I authentically like. Since Golota, Proksa is the second fighter I have actually taken a liking to and it was sad to see things the way they did for him. This guy puts his heart into what he does 110%. ****ing Golovkin, that ****. Can't wait to see more of his fights. I absolutely love his style, and hate him for outclassing Proksa. Hope Proksa takes a deserved rest, he has been in camp since training for Hope, then got the short call for Golovkin... rest up and hopefully he comes back better, and makes some changes in his camp... he won't develop any further then he is under his current trainer and with his current team, imo. They are wasting his time. BTW : HBO ****ed up Proksas name like 100000 times. How hard is it to say ProKsa, not ****ing ProSka. atsch
Proksa ** I am a big fan of Adamek, and I follow him, I pull for a lot of fighters. I obviously have most interest for and pull for all of our own fighters the most.. but I like many. But Golota, I felt like I was losing along with him, just all the episodes you went through as a fan of his, seemed to just make me like him more. Proksa, I like for the huge amount of heart he has, and puts into the sport and the passion he puts into his fights. In his interviews, pre and post fight, you can tell his love for what he does, and how much his heart is in it. He has this nobody is ever gonna get me down, and he is the type of guy that just has too much honor to lose and will keep getting up and coming back for more. Plus the way he acts outside the ring. But as far as Adamek.. maybe it has been his whole thing at HW, but I just can't get really all that excited about him anymore, and personally I think he should think about hanging them up.
Sad when you are a prospect for 9 years and you step up and get assaulted...... And that was just vs Hope.
I wasn't at all confident in Proksa winning, and was saying from day one this fight is a bad idea. But I still had hope.
I went over to my dads to see this fight and convince him how great Golovkin is. He's an ols school Mexican boxing fan and tho was very impressed with GGG it was Proksa that he ended up routing for. He was hoping Proksa tho outclassed and outgunned would land a lucky shot on GGG, but came up short. If not for the ref Proksa could of went out on his shield. I always thought of him as a poor man's Maravilla.
Firstly he got robbed against Hope. Secondly, he came back right away and thoroughly outclassed and KO'ed the same Hope. Thirdly, he took this fight on short notice, took a huge risk and went in against a guy that nobody wants anything to do with, a guy that is by many regarded as the top fighter in that weight class right now. If you're knocking Proksas skill, then you're mistaken, because his loss against Golovkin doesn't make Proksa a **** fighter all of a sudden. Although he needs to get rid of his team and find a new trainer who could develop him further because he has the skill but doesn't have the leadership to keep getting better.
There is something about Proksa that makes him very likable. At least to me. The amount of passion he has for the sport and the heart I think is what it is for me. Very confident. No excuses. He has too much honor for his own good. But I like that in a fighter.
And I have to admit, that Golovkin has made me a fan, even after beating one of my favorite fighters. I love his technical style.
One more lose and you should come down to earth and realize Proska is ****. Or not.... It took about 7 loses for you poles to give Golota up.
Golota was an unknown variable in every fight he participated in. You never knew what Golota was going to show up, and what he would do next. Golota never sucked, either. His worst and toughest enemy in the ring was himself. He had huge talent, being the bottom line, which means he didn't suck. Especially considering he was a top contender in one of the best era's for the HW division, the 90s. As far as Proksa it is obvious he also has plenty of talent and tools to become a great fighter. He just lacks a trainer to take proper care of him. And if he doesn't change some things I think he will stagnate. But that doesn't mean he isn't talented. Stop being a hater. In the fights Proksa has been in to date, it should be clear he is a good fighter and has a lot of talent. So you can say what you want but his past performances have shown signs of what he is capable of.
Yeah he'll become a great fighter..... in another 9 years when he's 38 and racked up another 28 wins against bums. Proska has the tools and talent to look great against cans when he stepped up he got splattered like a bug on a car windsheild.atsch
whatever dude, you clearly are completely missing everything I am saying, or reading something that is not really there
