Do you seriously believe it's that black and white? Who cares anyway? Seriously, grow up. The most important thing here is that the two best fighters in the world are not fighting each other. I don't watch boxing to hear what fat businessmen, such as Arum and Ellerbe, have to say.
lets say arum lied and no negotiation took place..... why didn't floyds team try contacting arums to try get the fight made if they wanted it so badly?
This is just so sad. Your whole post is about what someone should have done...Instead of ACKNOWLEDGING the Flat-out LIE to cover up the fact that he wanted Pacquiao to fight someone else!!!! If he had just come out and said: "I would like to have my best fighter attempt to get an unprecedented 7th world title by fighting for the 154lbs title before we officially begin negotiation with Floyd Mayweather". There is nothing wrong with that...In fact, a lot of fight fans would truly understand that. Personally, I would rather him fight a fighter with real ability for that 7th title...But Still I (and other fans) would understand this. But to make-up ****...including some BULL**** deadline knowing you already had a fighter inked and a signed deal...THAT'S JUST FOUL. And the fact that posters (the usual idiots) fell for this HOOK, LINE AND SINKER...IS JUST PLAIN PATHETIC!!!! As Kool Moe Dee once said: "IF YOU HAVE TO LIE, AT LEAST KEEP IT REAL!!!"
this. and how about the "good" comments on some interviews made by dela hoya and other GB boys about the progress on negotiations for the fight? this is getting ridiculous.
Exactly. This is the biggest ****ing fight of all time. Arum lying about fake negotiation. Mayweather's team hearing all the BS from Arum in the media. Mayweather's team doing nothing. :think Do they want that fight? SO funny.
yeah, arum is well known liar. get over it, everyone already knows that. But the whole point is to get the fight made right? floyd should have just give out some statements earlier. btw, you look as you have a personal grudge on that fat ass business man.
Yes, how about that. I would like the TS to comment about that. (I would like to say that i'm a ******* and a *****)
Too much politics and it's killing boxing. Too much speculation, bickering, annoying blog posts and thousands of idiots arguing on the internet about who caused what and who would knock who out. Welcome to ESB!
Stop crying. Seriously go take a walk, look up at the sky, amaze yourself with the concept of consciousness and time. Don't waste time thumbing through countless press releases in an attempt to attain the edge for "your man". It's futile and pathetic.
