I am sure other threads on this exist but I wanna say my piece.

    1) Why fight him a 4th time? It's a waste of a fight.

    2) Fight Bradley and avenge the black eye on your resume. Even if the whole world knows you won.

2a) Beating Bradley would give the Mayweather fight back the lustre it had lost with the surprise loss to Bradley. Unfinished business angle.

    3) You are declining slowly. How many fights do you really have left? And you are going to use one on a guy you fought 3 times already?

This fight is beyond meaningless. I didn't even watch their third fight and I sure as hell won't watch this one.

    Discuss.

Bottom line is that it is the biggest money fight out there.

Cotto told them to "**** off" with their bull**** catchweights.

Mayweather is like the plague to Team Pac.

Bradley and anyone else would do even less PPV's then their 700K fight last time.

JMM is the only fight they can market well, and even then it might not do as good as the last one.

Pac's stock is plummeting, he needs Floyd.

    Yet *****s make up excuses...

  5. Pacquiao vs. Marquez III - 1.3 million PPV buys
Pacquiao vs. Bradley - 950k PPV buys TOPS (some argue as few as 700k)

There's the answer to your question right there.

God forbid a few million extra makes a bull**** fight acceptable. I don't think it justifies it, one bit.

Can't tell if trolling or stupid? LOL. Why did you reply with that?

  9. Acceptable for who? Not acceptable to you then? Well your opinion means not a god damn thing.

Here, maybe this will make more sense to you:

Pacquiao vs. Marquez I - Exciting dramatic fight
Pacquiao vs. Marquez II - Exciting dramatic fight
Pacquiao vs. Marquez III - Exciting dramatic fight
    Pacquiao vs. Bradley - ...meh

Makes sense to me. And about all that "luster" business with regard to Mayweather? Money has shown that he doesn't want to make the fight. Bradley got the "official" win but even the most hardcore Pacquiao hater knows damn well Pacquiao beat Bradley. I think it's actually really bad ass of Pacquiao to give Marquez another try, especially after those funky decisions between them. I just wish they made the fight in Mexico City. What an event that would have been.

The only better fight that could have been made (besides PBF) is Cotto, and we know how that turned out.

Are you out of your mind? The first 2 fights were exciting because Pac was violent and engages ferociously but the third fight was way way different.

What made the first 2 fights exciting was because Pac was willing to take a chance and when he engages, Marquez counter-punches which makes it competitive and toe to toe battle and that was the main ingredient of what made those first 2 fights very exciting.

That main ingredient was not present in Pac vs JMM 3 and it won't be in 4 and you are going to ask me why? That's because Pac is a lil older now and no longer in his prime and he turned into a more relax safety box first fighter.

Have you noticed Pac was trying to counter punch JMM and was not really engaging that much and when Pac isn't engaging, JMM can't counter properly and it made the fight a fukkin chest match which is boring.

Let's be honest here, Pacquiao is the one making these fights dull. If he somehow regains his killer spirit again this can a great fight..I just don't want to give money to arum so I'm gonna catch a replay.

I am looking foward to it. They have had 3 good ones, and its better than him beating Bradley again, easily. JMM beat him in the last fight, imo.
