    He is on the decline, but I wouldn't call beating p4p ranked opponent and unbeaten Bradley being finished (I rate that as a win and Marquez as a loss).

    If he's finished why doesn't Floyd fight him and get the biggest payday of his career?

    So, a Pacquiao fan refuses to say that they're (probably) #3 P4P ranked fighter is finished...and that makes them biased?

    Now I remember why I left this site to go to the MMA ones. Boxing fans got ****ing ridiculous after a while.
