If he is the belt holder why'd Orozco walk first? :huh

They are fighting in Aristule's home town (or rather, home neighborhood of Pergamino, within Buenos Aires) but still..

 

OK, yeah, let's get Maidana in the ring for some reason. Yeah, fist bumps with both combatants. Sure. Not like we are coming up on 5am local time or anything. (or 3am my time :!

 

Aristule is like a Latino Khomitsky.

 

Round 1

Aristule is tossing his right jab into Orozco's guard, shrugging at him when Orozco throws nothing back except a few lightly rowed outward left jab-feints, and finally plugging Orozco downstairs with a left uppercut. Aristule is skating to his right and popping the jab. 1-2 by Orozco. Aristule is caught by a right hand as he is cuffing Orozco with a pair of right hooks behind the head. Aristule's head snaps back. They close in. Head clash. Both warned. Aristule bothered. Given a bit of recovery time. Only 11 seconds left anyway. Time in. Aristule is working the southpaw 1-2 into Orozco's guard, and misses a big right hook.

Round 2

Aristule is jabbing and falling away, by turns aggressive and mercurial. Orozco seems a bit uncertain of his role, stuck in transition between leading and countering. Aristule is leading Orozco into ambushes by the ropes, leaping at him with double cuffing right hooks up top and turning him. Right hook and left hand combos by Aristule, making Orozco cover up tightly. Aristule throws a shell-piercing left uppercut. Aristule is putting together left uppercuts behind the lazy patty-cake right jab into the guard now, lulling Orozco and then digging hard into the body while tiptoeing around him. Aristule starts to open up with uppercut combos now, staying in Orozco's chest - hurting him??

Round 3

Aristule is cracking Orozco with right hooks on the earlobe and left hands scooped into the underside of his jaw, everything working off the innocuous, light but accurate right jab flung up greasily from the hip. Orozco is attempting to get his timing down with the left jab but Aristule's movement is too awkward. Aristule is shuffling a few steps leftward, doing a quarter rotation with his full body, exposing his back and crossing his right arm over his chest, then popping jabs into Orozco's face as he comes in.
