    Round 2

Capuano fervently jabbing at Zucco to pen him into the corners or against the ropes as much as possible. Zucco's instinct when there are jabs coming his way is to freeze and wait it out rather than catch or slip and counter them moving forward. Zucco begins to rip hard shots into the body with about 48 seconds left after Capuano's jab output slows allowing the shorter man to burrow in close. Zucco throws some high right jab feints at the brow, causing the Capuano guard to rise and exposing the ribs for some combos, with a looping left on the temple for good measure.

    10-9 Zucco, nicked it late

    19-19

    Round 3

Zucco really biting down on his gum shield and throwing with gusto now, almost wildly at times. Capuano remains cool under fire, throwing light backfoot counters - and it appears Zucco's glove brushes the canvas after eating a shot but the ref doesn't rule a knockdown. Zucco is slugging underhanded into the midsection of Capuano, ignoring whatever leather is dropped from above. Capuano hurt with a body to head combo and clinches sloppily. Zucco marching in, high guard, jabbing hard. Capuano just shelling and plodding away.

10-9 Zucco - rough break for Capuano not getting what technically could've been a 10-8, but moot point and just as well because he clearly got his ass kicked in the last minute plus.

    29-28 Zucco

Zucco put himself at risk there by overextending and ending up with his back turned to Capuano on the ropes , still a clear round for him but he looks a little uncoordinated at times and loads up on his shots too much

    Round 4

Zucco exploring with a long rangefinder southpaw jab and then experiments with some quarter-speed pantomime right hooks at mid-range, gauging Capuano's reactions, downloading the data while stalking. Capuano lunging with his own jab, trying now to be first, but Zucco rocks back on each heel to slip and counters with his own thrust up hard into Capuano's jaw. Zucco is winging roundhouse lefts at the head after they exchange jabs, most of it missing, perhaps scuffing the back of the neck, and Capuano pops up from his duck-away motion and lands a soft right hook counter.

    10-9 Zucco

    39-37 Zucco

    Round 5

Zucco is following, jabs leaking between his forearms, hurling wide power shots at Capuano, headhunting, but usually ending in a spinning clinch to keep balance. Capuano is leaning down & in with some long straight combos at times, comfortably outmaneuvering Zucco.

    10-9 Capuano

    48-47 Zucco

I'm sure someone has already made this observation but Zucco vs. Capuano sounds a mob hitman vs mob hitman movie.

Slightly lower pace this round, Zucco getting a little rough inside using the forarms to create room then hurting Capuano late in the round but unable to follow up

    Round 6

Zucco is ripping heavy right hooks downstairs now, much better ring control. They clinch and Capuano is able to wrestle his way out to center ring from the corner. Jabs up off the hip by Capuano, arms carried low during idle moments when there's separation. Capuano starts to show a jab but changes his mind and folds himself in half, nudging the back of his own head against Zucco's stomach and writhing his way into a serpentine clinch. Zucco bangs away on him after the ref splits them and lands a big chopping left, Capuano hurt and getting lit up! Survived the round.

    10-9 Zucco

    58-56 Zucco
