Boxxer will be fine. They’re playing the long game with a young, diverse stable (well a diverse stable with one white male headliner), and appreciate Sky have probably been getting tetchy with the lack of PPV headliners they’ve got at the minute, I think worries there have been placated slightly by Sky having dibs on the Saudi shows they want.
Tend to hope this is true, whatever's gone on in the past 3 years since Matchroom went to DAZN we've ended up in a decent place with 3 lead promoters slugging it out. Boxxer might not be at quite the same level but if they can keep producing fights like Wardley-Clarke then there's not much to complain about. CBS is rarely in a dull one either.
I have heard that GBM Sports have signed with Sky. It is only a matter of time before it is published.
