Now? Pov is completely and utterly shot, hasn't fought in years... Wardley.

    Prime for prime?
We haven't seen much of Wardley against the right calibre of opponents to judge him... But I'd back Pov from what we do know.

Povetkin did have a habit of lowering his lead hand which we saw vs Joshua and although he was past his prime, it was ultimately his technical mistake that lead to him getting stopped.

I am going with Povetkin here though. I don't think Wardley's defense is quite good enough for him to deal with the vicious body and combination punching of prime Pov. I think Povetkin has multiple ways of hurting Wardley - left hook, uppercuts from either hand, overhand right hand etc.

I suspect Povetkin will break through Wardley's defense. Wardley isn't yet tested vs truly big punchers and i think Pov breaks Wardley down and tko's him.

That being said, i give Wardley a 30% chance of winning due to his big right hand and Povetkin's tendency to lower his lead hand which leaves him open to the big booming right.

    Povetkin tko 8.

A prime Povetkin would wreck any version of Wardley. However a prime Povetkin was probably roided to the gills.
