I'd favour Dubois but he lacks head movement and Wardley is fast and heavy handed and Dubois can be hurt so I wouldn't be surprised by an upset.
Dubois is far more skilled of the two. With all his flaws he is still levels above such raw guy as Wardley
Wardley is faster, hits hard as well and maybe could surprise people against the more proven Dubois. But Wardley has that hands down style and can switch off at times and Dubois could blast him out of nowhere and I'm not certain Wardley is very effective when pushed back as usually he just plants himself in front on his opponent and is rarely backed up consistently which I think Dubois would do given his style. I think you have to favour Dubois, he might struggle at times as Wardley beats him to the punch and punishes him for his lack of head movement but in the end Dubois' experience and power combined with Wardley's lax defence at times see Dubois stopping Wardley. Maybe Wardley shows us something more further on down the line but based on what I've seen Dubois wins.
All I'm gonna say is don't sleep on Fabio, the amateur pedigree might not be there and on the scale he might not look the best physically but he's a lot better than people give him credit for. He's wiped clean the British scene, a fight right now with Dubois would be a good step up for him but not one that would overwhelm him.
I like Wardley but he is very open. Michael Polite Coffee (love that name) was teeing off on him until Wardley got a British stoppage. Dubois would use his fine jab to get into range fairly easily. Mid round KO.
I think Wardley is underrated here, although he has fought absolute bums. I like his confidence and style, I would actually fancy him to overpower Dubois. Keen to see what the odds would be for this one. Dubois for me doesn't have enough skill or heart.
Never been that impressed with Wardley, his performance against Molina was very poor and he even got rocked. I think he’s improved since then and will continue to do so but I just think Dubois would flatten him. Different levels.
Apparently Daniel isn't a quitter anymore, he's put those ways behind him. At least that's the talk going around. So I'd back him against most. Nice guy too, friendly and smiles. All natural too, which is nice. Keep the sport clean. Hope he can be successful and be a good role model to the youth. I don't think he was a father at 13 or knocked-up up a stripper then abandoned them, so PR will be much easier.
