I’ve seen a couple of Fabio’s fights so I know what he brings to the table but I haven’t seen much of this Adeleye guy yet. Is this a pretty evenly matched fight?
They’re your typical British heavyweight of todays era. Decent power, relatively low boxing IQ and will do well to win a European title.
no adeleide is rubbish and wardley will knock him into next week wardley beat gorman and gorman was a prospect for the world stage at one point as his stock is from bartley gorman that cannot be dismissed so if wardley can come through that then he will batter adeleide
fantastic message from a man who knows his boxing what more can be said than that mate its wardleys to loose isnt it nowt more needs to be said
Wardley is defensively poor but "Big D" is so slow he won't be able to exploit this. Wardley has decent speed and power and I expect him to win by ktfo mid rounds.
Adeleye is very underrated and I honestly think some of the opinions on this thread are from posters who have never actually watched him objectively. For example someone said on here that he’s slow, which is ridiculous. He actually has pretty quick hands when throwing in combo/clusters and clearly hits very hard. I’m probably favouring Wardley at the moment on points or late stoppage in a very hard fought battle. I may change my mind though once I have observed them both on fight week.
We all saw him lose to Sokolowski two years ago. He's a bully who comes forward and throws but against anyone with a decent bit of defence and movement he doesn't know what to do. He'd lose to Dacres and Clarke too. He is basically a less popular version of Johnny Fisher.
what a load of crap he lost to the pole part timer he was on back foot he was deer in head lights wardley will put him in a bad state
He lost to Sokowski by maybe 1 round in a close one and it was only a 6 round fight. He was also very green at the time with it only being his 6th fight. He also took zero damage and would have smoked him in a return. To get it into further perspective, Kamil should have also got the decision against Wallin who is about to fight for the IBF.
wallin beat sokolowski ffs it wasnt remotely close mate what are you on about also adelaide would of smoked hm in return according to what mate wheres the indication of that he was beat
Adeleye had the (insert expletive here) beaten out of him by professional journeyman Sokolowski. He was given a laughable decision win that night. But really any money spent on this lad is money down the drain. Wardley would comfortably stop him. Adeleye has limited athletic talent. He is one of those boxers who would be better off packing it in now and finding a new career for himself.
Adeleye is a ko waiting to happen, fight will be fun while it lasts but Wardley should be fighting a solid European at this stage
